Job Description

We are looking for a skilled

BIM MEP Engineer (Electrical & Plumbing)

who will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing 3D BIM models for MEP services. The candidate should have strong expertise in Autodesk Revit and other BIM tools to ensure accurate and clash-free designs that align with project requirements and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain

BIM models for MEP systems (Electrical & Plumbing)

in Autodesk Revit. Coordinate with architects, structural, and other MEP disciplines to ensure integrated designs. Prepare detailed

shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built models

. Perform

clash detection

using Navisworks or similar tools and resolve conflicts. Support project teams in BIM execution planning and implementation. Generate

quantities, schedules, and reports

from BIM models. Ensure BIM deliverables are compliant with

company and client BIM standards

. Collaborate with site and design teams to ensure constructability and accuracy.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in

Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering

or relevant field. Strong knowledge of

Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD

(ArchiCAD, Dynamo, or other BIM tools is a plus). Understanding of

MEP systems, codes, and standards

. Good coordination and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in

LOD 300-500 BIM modeling

. Knowledge of

BIM execution plans (BEP)

and ISO 19650 standards. Experience in

clash detection and resolution reports

. Familiarity with

Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360
