Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled

BIM & MEP Coordinator

with a solid background in

MEP systems

and

4D BIM implementation

. This role will focus on coordinating MEP services across disciplines while integrating time-based construction sequencing into the BIM environment. If you thrive in fast-paced project environments and have a passion for digital construction and coordination, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage detailed

BIM models (Revit/Navisworks)

for MEP systems. Coordinate design deliverables among

architects, structural engineers, and consultants

. Perform

clash detection, design reviews, and model validation

. Prepare and update

design documentation, drawings, and reports

. Participate in

client meetings

and ensure design intent is clearly communicated and incorporated. Ensure compliance with

BIM standards, LOD requirements, and client specifications

. Collaborate with internal design teams to deliver high-quality, coordinated MEP models. Lead

BIM coordination

, especially focusing on 4D simulation and construction planning. Develop and manage

4D BIM models

using tools like

Navisworks Manage, Synchro 4D

, etc. Integrate construction schedules (Primavera/MS Project) into BIM models to visualize and optimize sequencing. Review MEP drawings, perform clash detection, and facilitate resolution through coordination meetings. Ensure adherence to project standards, LOD requirements, and client specifications. Maintain documentation including shop drawings, approvals, RFIs, and site instructions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering. Excellent

English communication skills

for effective client coordination. 5-7 years of experience in MEP coordination and BIM Modelling (at least 2 years with 4D BIM). Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and BIM tools like Revit, Navisworks, and Synchro. Good understanding of BIM standards and construction workflows. Knowledge of 5D BIM (cost integration) is a plus. Knowledge of

BIM standards and international design practices

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
