Key Responsibilities:
As an Instructor at Augmintech, you will:
Deliver engaging online training sessions on BIM and engineering/architecture software, such as:
Revit Architecture, AutoCAD Architecture, Bexel Manager, BIM 360
Develop and update training materials, assignments, and assessments aligned with industry standards.
Provide hands-on demonstrations and showcase real-world workflows for design, detailing, coordination, and execution.
Mentor and support learners, addressing their questions and helping them apply concepts effectively.
Conduct evaluations, share constructive feedback, and ensure learners achieve their goals.
Stay updated with latest BIM trends and software updates to continuously improve training delivery.
Collaborate with Augmintech's curriculum team to enhance course content and learner outcomes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in BIM and discipline-specific software (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Staad Pro, ETABS, Tekla, HAP, Bexel Manager, etc.).
3-5 years of experience in industry practice and/or professional training in Civil, MEP, or Architecture BIM workflows.
Strong understanding of construction workflows, detailing, and coordination processes.
Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, student-friendly manner.
Prior experience with online training platforms or LMS tools (preferred).
Certifications in BIM or relevant software (preferred but not mandatory).
