Gsource Technologies, a prominent design-assist firm in the construction industry, is currently in search of BIM Manager. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in US & Middle East projects.
Responsibilities and Duties:

• Strong managerial skills to effectively lead teams of at least 10-15 architects, drafters and designers.

• Experience in handling client calls, meetings, quality audits and training.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to handle various situations

• during client deliverables.

• Execute BIM projects for the US & Middle East geography

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MEPF, structural, and architectural disciplines for effective coordination and integration.

• Utilize your strong technical knowledge to deliver high-quality BIM models, adhering to project specifications and industry standards.

• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy and resolve any issues that may arise during the BIM modeling process.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in BIM technology, providing recommendations for process improvement and implementation.

Requirements
Skill Required:
Revit, AutoCAD , BIM 360
B. Arch Degree or BE Civil
Experience of 8-10 Years
Relevant Experience in US & Middle East regions of 4-7 Years
