Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) in line with project requirements.
Establish BIM standards, workflows, and protocols for civil discipline.
Ensure compliance with employer/client BIM requirements and international standards (ISO 19650).
Model Development & Coordination
Manage civil BIM models including earthworks, roads, drainage, foundations, utilities, and structures.
Coordinate BIM models with other disciplines (Architectural, Structural, MEP).
Lead clash detection sessions and resolve design coordination issues.
Ensure model accuracy, consistency, and constructability.
Project & Team Management
Lead and manage BIM Engineers, Modelers, and Coordinators.
Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely model delivery.
Provide technical guidance and training to BIM team members.
Quality Control & Deliverables
Review BIM models for quality, compliance, and accuracy.
Ensure proper LOD (Level of Development) as per project phase.
Manage BIM deliverables including models, drawings, schedules, and reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
