The ideal candidate will have a good engineering background, and a knack for explaining complex concepts in a clear, engaging manner. This role involves conducting classroom and/or online sessions, preparing course materials, and mentoring students to build technical competency.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct structured training sessions on Revit/ Navisworks/ STAAD/ ETABS, , AutoCAD, and related BIM Modeling design tools.
Prepare course content, presentations, exercises, and real-world project scenarios.
Provide practical demonstrations and software walkthroughs.
Assist students in solving technical problems and project assignments.
Assess student performance and provide feedback.
Stay updated with industry trends and software updates to enhance the learning experience.
Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure curriculum alignment and course effectiveness.
Encourage a supportive learning environment that fosters curiosity and professional growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architectural/Civil/Structural / Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Proven experience in BIM Modeling, preferably in industry or academic roles.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts and explain them effectively.
