Required Skills and Qualifications



Education:

A strong educational background, typically a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related construction field.

Industry Experience:

Minimum of 0-2years of practical experience working in the BIM industry is often a requirement, providing real-world context to the training.

Technical Proficiency:

Expertise in industry-standard BIM software and tools is essential.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are crucial for effective teaching and mentoring.

Certifications:

Relevant BIM certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) can enhance qualifications.
