Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented

BIM Executives (Scan to BIM)

to join our Ahmedabad office. The role involves creating accurate 3D BIM models from point cloud data using the latest software tools. Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities - Freshers (0-1 year)

Create 3D BIM models (Architecture/Structure/MEP) from scan data. Work on Revit, AutoCAD, and point cloud processing tools. Support project teams in drawings, documentation, and QC checks. Follow BIM standards and complete tasks within deadlines.

Responsibilities - Senior Candidates (1-3 years)

Lead Scan-to-BIM modeling and manage project deliverables. Ensure models meet LOD, accuracy, and client requirements. Coordinate with clients and internal teams for project updates. Guide and review the work of junior team members.

Requirements

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Architecture, Mechanical, or related field.

Freshers:

Basic knowledge of Revit/AutoCAD (training will be provided).

Seniors:

Strong skills in Revit, Navisworks, Recap & BIM workflows. Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
