Job Description

We are seeking a

BIM MEP Executive

to support the development, coordination, and delivery of MEP BIM models and construction documentation for AEC projects. The role involves close coordination with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure accurate, clash-free, and high-quality BIM deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain MEP BIM models using

Revit

and

AutoCAD

Prepare accurate

2D drawings

and

3D models

for MEP systems Perform

MEP coordination and clash detection

in collaboration with architectural and structural teams Assist in the preparation of construction documentation and model-based outputs Ensure models comply with project standards, BIM protocols, and design requirements Support project teams in resolving design and coordination issues

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in

Revit

and

AutoCAD

0-2 years

of experience in the relevant industry Knowledge of

MEP systems

(Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) Strong attention to detail with effective

problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Bachelor's degree in

Civil or Mechanical Engineering

Experience in the

AEC industry

is an added advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
