Job Description

As a BIM Engineer/Coordinator - Waste Advisory at GCC India team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and deliverables related to our waste advisory projects. You will collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless integration of BIM and waste management advisory services.



Strong knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D Modeling including but not limited to grading using feature lines and other tools, corridors, alignment and assembly design knowledge. Strong knowledge of Revit 3D modeling knows how to navigate through all tools of Revit 3D to be able to design and coordinate waste storage rooms and facilities. BIM Coordination: Coordinate and manage BIM-related activities in waste advisory projects, ensuring they comply with company standards and project requirements. Working collaboratively with design and planning teams BIM Documentation: Generate and maintain comprehensive BIM documentation throughout project lifecycles, including BIM execution plans, models, and federated coordination. Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality control checks on BIM deliverables, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards and regulations.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related field (Master degree is a plus). Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or similar role within the waste management sector. Proficient in BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Bentley MicroStation. A solid understanding of waste management practices, regulations, and sustainability principles. In-depth knowledge of BIM methodologies, standards, and industry best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. A self-motivated individual with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Certifications in BIM, such as Autodesk Certified Professional, are highly desirable.
