Job Description

We are looking for an experienced BIM model engineers with proven good Revit skills to deliver our BIM strategy and processes to subcontractors and partners. As a BIM Engineer you will work under the direction of the Project Manager. Roles and responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement BIM execution plans, protocols, and standards.

2. Lead the creation and management of digital models, including architectural, structural, and MEP systems.

3. Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of BIM models.

4. Conduct quality control checks on BIM models and ensure compliance with company standards.

5. Develop and maintain BIM content libraries.

6.Review preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates related to the project.

7.Study Project Bill of Quantities, Drawings, and Schedules.

8.Prepare Shop drawings and Technical submittals.

9.Coordinate structural, electrical, and mechanical designs, and determine a method of presentation to graphically represent building plans.

10.Resolve arising conflicts between various design components.

11.Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs, visiting job sites to compile measurements as necessary.

12.Check dimensions of materials to be used and assign numbers to lists of materials.

13.Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project.
