Minimum Qualification
BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING (BE)
Develop and manage
3D BIM models
(LOD 300-500) forstructural, architectural, and MEP systems
using Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, or equivalent tools. Ensuremodel coordination and clash detection
across disciplines using Navisworks / ACC. Implement and comply withBIM Execution Plans (BEP)
, project BIM standards, and naming conventions. Support4D construction sequencing
and5D quantity extraction
where required. Prepare and maintainas-built BIM models
aligned with project deliverables. Assist inCOBie / Asset Information Model (AIM)
data preparation for handover to FM/Asset Management systems. Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and site teams to resolve BIM-related issues. Performmodel audits and quality checks
to ensure accuracy, completeness, and data integrity. Supportdigital reviews, visualizations, walkthroughs, and stakeholder presentations
. Contribute toBIM documentation
, reports, and compliance evidence (ISO 19650, if applicable). * Mentor junior BIM modelers and support team capacity building.
