Summary:

A Detail-oriented and highly skilled BIM Engineer with proven expertise in Autodesk Revit to support design, modeling, and coordination of complex building systems for

semiconductor or pharmaceutical facilities

. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP, architectural, or process piping modeling and should be familiar with cleanroom environments and high-tech industrial standards.

Key responsibilities

:

Develop and manage 3D BIM models using Revit for architectural, structural, and MEP systems for pharmaceutical and semiconductor projects. Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to ensure model integrity and clash-free designs. Support process piping, HVAC, cleanroom layout, and utility modelling as per project requirements. Implement BIM standards, LOD definitions (100 to 400), and company CAD/BIM protocols. Conduct clash detection using Navisworks or similar tools and issue coordination reports. Extract 2D drawings, fabrication drawings, BOMs, and schedules from BIM models. Perform as-built modelling and incorporate redline markups and site changes. This is custom heading element
