ndertake technical reviews, peer reviews, checks and contribute to the design P
rovide continuous feedback to the Associate/ Principal Engineer Plumbing & Fire Protection on the effectiveness of the protocols and processes in place with a view to continuous improvement D
evelop positive professional relationship with the WSP HK Team, communicating openly about project progress P
articipate in Project meetings, team meetings, disseminate information within the team, and communicate with other teams in WSP I
dentify and act on, or refer, potential risk issues and follow in full the company commercial and contracting processes M
anage delegated tasks to ensure that deadlines are met and flag resourcing concerns to team leader I
dentify and flag additional fees to the Associate/ Principal Engineer Plumbing & fire Protection. B
Tech /B.E.(Civil/Environmental/Mechanical) P
lumbing & Fire Protection design experience for commercial and residential buildings for concept, schematic and detailed design stages F
ixture load calculations, pipe pressure drop Calculations P
ipe sizing for hot & cold water and fire protection P
reparation of Plumbing and Fire equipment S
chedules for Pumps, pipes, valves, etc., and BOQs P
reparation of layouts, schematics, sections, plant rooms hand mark ups A
SHRAE and ISHRAE, ASPE, IPC, all NFPA Fire codes and standards B
