Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain 3D models using BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate model creation Coordinate and integrate various building systems (structural, MEP, architectural) within BIM models Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts between different building components Generate 2D drawings and documentation from 3D models Ensure compliance with BIM standards and protocols Participate in project meetings and provide BIM-related input Assist in quantity take-offs and cost estimations using BIM data Support construction teams with model-based information during the building process Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle Train and mentor junior team members on BIM best practices Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends Contribute to the development and improvement of BIM workflows and processes Prepare BIM execution plans and project-specific BIM requirements Ensure data integrity and quality control of BIM models
