Create and update MEP BIM models in Revit (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting).
Prepare coordinated shop drawings and as-built drawings.
Perform clash detection using Navisworks and coordinate with other trades.
Follow project standards, BEP, and drawing guidelines.
Support site team with updated drawings and model information.
Maintain documentation, file naming, and version control.
Attend coordination meetings and resolve design/coordination issues.
Deliver accurate models and drawings within deadlines.
