Role Overview

Develop coordinated BIM models for station/tunnel MEP systems to support LOD progression, coordination, quantities, and construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Model HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, and coordination interfaces in Revit. Run clash detection and support coordination workshops with all disciplines. Extract drawings/schedules and support procurement MTO/BOQ from the model. Ensure compliance with BIM standards, BEP, naming, and model QA checklists. Maintain models and packages in ACC/ProjectWise through controlled workflows.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services (or related). 10 years in MEP BIM on stations/airports/large buildings/transport hubs. Familiarity with codes interface (ASHRAE/NFPA/IBC) and constructability practices. Proven experience delivering LOD 300350 (and vendor integration preferred).
