ollaborate closely with lead country colleagues to ensure compliance with required BIM standards. D
evelop project-specific BIM protocol documents as required. L
ead and facilitate the enhancement of CAD and BIM standards, routines, processes, and libraries as required for lead country requirements. E
nsure adherence to internal quality procedures (QA/QC). R
eview and ensure the quality of models and drawings by oneself and those completed by the team. S
tay updated on industry trends and technological advancements within the BIM domain, advising on innovations to the team. D
esign and select HVAC systems, providing markups as needed. C
ontribute to technical solutions for projects. I
nitiate and participate in design peer reviews. M

anage project delivery and leadership

esign, review and deliver high-quality technical MEP services engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and reports to the required regulations. E
nsure project programs are met and advise on any foreseen delays P
articipate and support internal multi-discipline knowledge-sharing initiatives. P
articipate in project meetings and document minutes of meetings. I
dentify and flag additional fees to the local line manager, and lead country project leads. K

he applicants should possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering E
xperience in delivering international projects. T
he role requires involvement in numerous projects from an early stage to providing fit-for-construction stage designs T
he applicant will have proven experience in the HVAC & Plumbing services engineering designs with significant experience in a similar role or demonstration of a good track record. M
ust be good, hands-on with BIM technologies, design calculations such as heat load and ventilation load calculations, duct & pipe sizing and pressure drop calculations M
ust be technically skilled in equipment selection such as ventilation fans, Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, boilers, pumps etc. C
arry out preparation of technical submittals of various materials, equipment etc. C
arryout the engineering and modelling of external utility services including plumbing, drainage, gas, and fire hydrant services. P
roven ability to produce detailed drawings (plans, sections & details) from basic sketches provided by the senior engineers in India and lead country H
ands-on experience in drafting/3D modelling software like AutoCAD, MEP Revit, HAP etc. E
xcellent working knowledge of REVIT Software (version 2021 and above), Navisworks and ACC platform. Including HVAC and plumbing services modelling, content creation (parametric and non-parametric families), coordination with structural and MEP elements, Revit schedules, managing work sets/ links/ visibilities, sheet setup and collaboration.
