Proficiency in Creating construction drawings, implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, coordinating Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems, collaborating with architects, and supporting building engineering projects.
Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD)

Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) knowledge.

Operational Responsibilities
Perform structural design and analysis calculations using governing codes and standards, engineering formulas, skills, and experience.
Capable of working analysis software's like Revit, AutoCAD
Must be able to independently work on AutoCAD Dwgs, 3D Modeling software's like Revit, AutoCAD
Must be able to self-motivated and quick leaner.
Report to senior head and take design and drafting instructions accordingly.
Must be able to work on Microsoft word, excels and PPTs.
Coordinate work with other disciplines such as architectural, mechanical, electrical, etc.
Attend and participate in project meetings and site meetings.
Perform field activities such as observe and record existing field conditions, take and verify measurements within project area.
Organize, draft, and coordinate technical documents.
