Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. BIM Modeling & Coordination



Develop and manage 3D BIM models for civil and structural works using Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM tools. Coordinate models across architectural, MEP, and structural disciplines. Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts before execution.

2. Drawings & Documentation



Prepare detailed shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings from BIM models. Generate accurate quantity take-offs (QTOs), BOQs, and material lists. Maintain BIM documentation and ensure compliance with company and client standards.

3. Project Support



Support project planning with 4D (time) and 5D (cost) BIM integration. Provide design visualization for client presentations and project reviews. Assist project teams in implementing BIM execution plans and standards.

4. Quality & Compliance



Ensure models and drawings comply with international BIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192). Maintain model integrity, version control, and data accuracy. Collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and clients to align BIM outputs.

5. Innovation & Process Improvement



Explore automation tools and plugins to improve efficiency (Dynamo, BIM 360, etc.). Recommend improvements in workflows, templates, and BIM protocols. Support digital engineering and advanced construction technology adoption.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
