Key Responsibilities

Develop high-quality

3D electrical models (LOD 350-400)

in Revit following

US project practices

Oversee

clash detection, coordination, and design conflict resolution

using

Navisworks

Maintain and improve

BIM standards, workflows, automation, and model performance

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, construction-ready models

Requirements

Proficiency in

Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks

Minimum 2 years

of experience in

BIM modeling and coordination

(Electrical preferred) Strong understanding of

U.S. construction practices and BIM standards

Expertise in

Navisworks

for coordination and model reviews Experience with

BIM 360 / cloud-based collaboration tools

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
