We are seeking an experienced BIM Engineer - Electrical to develop and coordinate BIM models for electrical systems in building and industrial EPC projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop BIM models for electrical systems including lighting, power, earthing, and ELV systems
Prepare coordinated layouts for cable trays, conduits, panels, and fixtures
Incorporate design changes and updates into BIM models
Coordinate with HVAC, plumbing, architectural, and structural BIM teams
Perform clash detection and coordination reviews using Navisworks
Ensure models comply with project specifications, standards, and codes
Assist in quantity take-offs and cable schedules from BIM models
Review electrical BIM models from vendors and consultants
Participate in coordination meetings and resolve electrical model issues
Maintain BIM models to reflect construction-stage changes
Requirements:
B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
5+ years of experience with minimum 3 years in Electrical BIM modeling
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
Understanding of building electrical systems and coordination workflows
