Responsibilities:

Develop BIM model at derived LOD. Coordinated model development of MEPF models. Create sheets for architecture and structure. Develop and implement BIM strategies and workflows for architectural projects. Collaborate with design teams to create and manage BIM models throughout the project lifecycle. Create architectural models using BIM software (e.g., Revit) and ensure accuracy and completeness of design information. Coordinate with other disciplines to integrate architectural designs into the overall BIM project model. Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts to enhance coordination and minimize errors. Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project deliverables and deadlines. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and methodologies. Ensure adherence to company/project BIM standards, templates, and best practices. Must have done Airport, Railway and Highway project.
