Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Coordination: Serve as the BIM lead for client and consultant communications, and present BIM deliverables during meetings.
• Clash Detection & Resolution: Conduct clash detection using tools like Navisworks, resolve issues across disciplines, and maintain detailed reports.
• BIM Execution Planning (BEP): Develop and implement project-specific BEPs, define modeling standards, and ensure compliance with client protocols.
• Model Development (LOD 400 & As-Built): Create fabrication-ready models, integrate vendor-specific details, and develop as-built models based on site inputs.
• Drawing Production: Generate construction and shop drawings, ensure accuracy, and prepare vendor-specific documentation.
• Team Leadership: Allocate tasks, mentor BIM modelers, conduct training, and promote BIM best practices.
• QA/QC Implementation: Implement QA/QC workflows, perform model audits, and validate drawings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5 years of BIM experience in a construction or contractor environment.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
• Solid understanding of construction detailing and experience with LOD 400 and as-built models.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with model validation and QA/QC processes.

Must be willing to work in our office located in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai.
