to join our Kochi team.

What You'll Do

Develop accurate

Revit BIM models

for architectural and interior design projects Produce complete drawing packages--plans, RCPs, sections, elevations, and detailed technical drawings Prepare shop drawings for joinery, millwork, partitions, ceilings, and custom interior elements Translate design concepts, sketches, and markups into fully coordinated technical documentation Collaborate with interior designers, architects, engineers, and project managers Ensure compliance with drafting standards, building codes, and project specifications Conduct site measurements and update drawings to match real site conditions Support procurement and construction teams with clear, accurate technical details

What We're Looking For

Diploma/Bachelor's in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field

3-5 years of BIM drafting experience

in architectural or interior design projects Advanced proficiency in

Revit (BIM)

--mandatory Solid AutoCAD skills and strong technical detailing knowledge Understanding of joinery, interior detailing, and construction practices Ability to manage revisions, coordinate across disciplines, and deliver on deadlines High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability
