Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain BIM models for electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarm systems and other electrical components Collaborate with MEP teams to integrate electrical designs with mechanical and plumbing systems, ensuring full interdisciplinary coordination and minimizing conflicts Produce construction documents, shop drawings and specifications in accordance with industry standards and project requirements Conduct clash detection and resolution using BIM software to identify and resolve conflicts before construction begins Work closely with project managers, engineers and architects to understand project requirements and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle Ensure all electrical designs comply with relevant codes, regulations and quality standards. Conduct reviews and revisions of models and documents as necessary

Qualification and Experience Required

:

BE/BTech in electrical engineering, Architectural Engineering or a related field ITI/NCTVT certified HVAC/electrical/plumbing draftsman with relevant experience Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in electrical design, with specific experience in BIM modelling.
