Eastconsult Pvt. Ltd., a multinational engineering consultancy headquartered in Bangkok, is expanding its Chennai operations. We are looking for skilled BIM Engineers - Architecture & Structural to join our team.
Role Overview
The selected candidate will develop and manage high-quality BIM models for architectural and structural disciplines, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and compliance with project standards.
Qualifications
Degree/Diploma/Master's in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Structural Engineering
Strong academic background
Proficiency in MS Office
Training or certification in BIM, Revit, or AutoCAD is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage 3D BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD
Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams
Perform clash detection, model audits, and interdisciplinary coordination
Prepare BEP, drawings, documentation, and project reports
Maintain BIM standards, templates, and content libraries
Support quantity take-offs and PDM-related requirements
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Revit Architecture or Revit Structure (mandatory)
Good understanding of architectural layouts, structural systems, and building codes
Knowledge of RCC and steel detailing is an advantage
Strong communication and coordination skills
