Job Description

We are seeking a skilled BIM professional proficient in multiple software platforms to develop, coordinate, and manage Building Information Models for architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with leading BIM tools, a strong understanding of project workflows, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional design and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and update

3D BIM models

across multiple disciplines (Architectural, Structural, and MEP). Coordinate model integration and clash detection using

Navisworks / BIM 360 / Solibri

. Prepare

2D drawings, 3D visualizations, quantity take-offs, and construction documentation

. Maintain model standards, families, and templates in line with company and client requirements. Collaborate with design teams to ensure accurate model-based coordination and data exchange. Conduct

model audits, reviews, and quality checks

to ensure data integrity. Support BIM implementation plans, workflows, and digital project delivery strategies. Generate reports, schedules, and data exports from BIM models as per project needs. Stay updated with emerging BIM technologies and software integrations.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Arch in Civil, Architecture, or related field. Certification or formal training in

BIM / Revit / Navisworks

preferred. Strong understanding of

construction workflows, coordination, and documentation standards (LOD 100-500)

. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, PAS 1192). Knowledge of cloud collaboration platforms (BIM 360 Docs, Trimble Connect, etc.). Ability to manage federated models and work in multi-disciplinary environments. Familiarity with

point cloud modeling / Scan to BIM

is a plus.
