Job Summary

We are seeking a

BIM Coordinator

with

2-6 years

of experience to support and coordinate BIM models for residential and industrial projects. The role involves multidisciplinary coordination, clash detection, and ensuring high-quality BIM deliverables in line with project standards.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP BIM models. Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks. Support implementation of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP). Ensure models comply with project and company BIM standards. Assist in producing coordinated drawings, schedules, and quantities. Participate in BIM coordination meetings and follow up on action items. Maintain model organization, version control, and data accuracy. Support design and construction teams with BIM-related inputs.

Experience:-

2 to 6 Years

Education-

B.Tech/B.E

Specializing-

Civil

Experience in residential and/or industrial projects is required. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Arch/Str/MEP). Working knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection. Understanding of construction drawings and coordination workflows.
