B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

8 to 10 years (mandatory)

Salary:

?70,000 - ?85,000 CTC per month

Develop/Update, implement and maintain BIM Workflow, protocols and standards within the MEP
Engineering Team

Liaise and coordinate with BIM Specialist / BIM Technicians / BIM & Design System Lead / BIM
Technical Manager in other Architecture Studios, Structural Team BIM Management Team

Implement and contribute to Company's quality plan Organise, configure and maintain projects Manage Revit project production and project contents and Standard Library objects Coordinate multidisciplinary models Leading and Managing a team of MEP CAD/Revit Technician Reviewing and preparing BIM Execution Plans, BIM Scope of work and contractual documents Able to demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities Minimum 5-7 years working experience working as a CAD/Revit Technician for Building Services on
medium/large scale projects in Autodesk Revit and associated technologies

In-depth knowledge of latest version of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, with experience of creating
search sets, running clash detection and producing clash reports.

Experience in working with CAD Packages i.e. AutoCAD Able to produce Visual images for marketing Excellent organisational skills and communications skills, both written and verbal Able to manage sensitive and often confidential information Self-motivated and able to take responsibilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
