Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled

BIM Coordinator

with proven experience in

GCC projects

(Kuwait, UAE, KSA, Qatar, etc.) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing BIM implementation across various architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines and must be willing to mentor and train interns and junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate BIM activities across design and engineering teams on assigned projects. Ensure compliance with project-specific BIM Execution Plans and industry standards Oversee clash detection, model coordination, and integration using tools such as

Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360

. Support the development and enforcement of project-specific BIM protocols and workflows. Lead coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and client teams. Review and validate 3D models for accuracy, level of detail (LOD), and constructability. Assist in managing digital content libraries and maintaining model integrity throughout the project lifecycle. Train, guide, and support interns and junior BIM staff to build internal capacity and ensure knowledge transfer.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

3-7 years of relevant BIM coordination experience

, including hands-on work in

GCC-based projects

. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and BIM360 or similar platforms. Understanding of multidisciplinary coordination (Architecture, Structure, MEP). Familiarity with international and GCC-specific BIM standards and codes. Strong communication and leadership skills. Passion for mentoring and developing young professionals; prior experience in training interns is a plus.
