Job Description

5 Years Experience in Gulf Project Should possess 6+ years' experience in BIM Modeling Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 Possess Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field is preferred

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the creation of Architectural and Interior Design (ID) models in accordance with project requirements and objectives. Manage the BIM process for Architecture and ID projects, ensuring efficient collaboration among team members. Conduct clash detection and coordination using Navisworks to resolve conflicts and optimize project outcomes. Provide guidance and support to junior team members, assisting them in their daily tasks related to BIM modeling. Assist in maintaining high-quality standards for work, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to improve modeling processes. Proactively identify and resolve potential project issues, contributing to the overall success of projects. Participate in strategic decision-making processes, offering valuable insights and recommendations based on advanced BIM expertise. Document project files thoroughly to ensure clarity and organization for future reference. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to deliver successful projects on time and within budget.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
