Job Summary: We are hiring Junior BIM Coordinators (0-2 years experience) to support our growing BIM projects. You will assist in model coordination, clash detection, drawing production, and supporting BIM processes under the guidance of senior team members. Key Responsibilities: ₹ Assist in creating and updating BIM models using Revit and other BIM software. ? Support coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP models. ? Help identify and resolve model clashes using Navisworks. ? Work closely with senior BIM Coordinators and project teams to ensure model accuracy. ? Follow project and company BIM standards, templates, and workflows. ? Maintain organized model files and documentation. ? Participate in internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions. ? Support the preparation of drawings and documentation for submission. ? Update models based on markups, redlines, or coordination feedback. Required Skills & Qualifications: ₹ Bachelor's or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. ? 0-2 years of experience in BIM modeling (internships or academic projects are considered). ? Basic proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. ? Ability to read and understand drawings, specifications, and technical documents. ? Good communication and teamwork skills. ? Willingness to learn BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and apply them to projects. ? Flexibility to work with international standards, especially from the USA and Canada. Nice to Have (Preferred but Not Mandatory): ₹ Familiarity with clash detection tools and model federation. ? Exposure to BIM 360 or other cloud collaboration platforms. ? Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
