We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator - Civil to lead and manage civil and structural BIM coordination across EPC projects. The role involves overseeing BIM teams, ensuring multidisciplinary coordination, enforcing BIM standards, and acting as the key interface between design, BIM, and project execution teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Lead and coordinate civil and structural BIM activities across multiple projects
Manage and guide BIM Engineers and Modelers to meet project deliverables
Ensure BIM models align with design intent, construction methodology, and project standards
Coordinate with architectural, MEP, planning, and construction teams
Conduct BIM coordination meetings and resolve cross-discipline clashes
Review and approve BIM models, drawings, and deliverables
Implement and enforce BIM Execution Plans, standards, and workflows
Support quantity take-offs, constructability reviews, and site coordination
Act as the primary BIM point of contact for civil discipline
Report BIM progress, risks, and issues to project management
Requirements:
B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering
8-12 years of experience with strong background in Civil / Structural BIM coordination
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination tools
Strong understanding of EPC project workflows and construction practices
Leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
