Job Responsibilities

• creating and maintaining the project\'s overall BIM execution plan, ensuring it remains up to date throughout the course of the project
• training team members on how to use BIM software
• verifying that exported data from the BIM is accurate and complete
• ensuring that BIM model parameters are compliant with the building execution plan
• configuring 3D models using BIM-specific modelling programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, ArchiCAD or Allplan
• adjusting design templates using modelling tools
• creating element groups or internal element libraries within the project
• participating in meetings with project teams to ensure everyone understands how to adhere to the BIM process
• participating in meetings with clients and stakeholders as a BIM expert
• organising agendas for regular coordination meetings and updates
• transferring information and data to updated software versions
• organising training sessions for project team members
• creating digital simulations of the onsite workflow
• Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using NavisWorks Manage
• Audit and review models in Autodesk Revit
• Hold weekly coordination meetings with project team members
• Early design review and constructability analysis
• Manage / Update BIM Project Documents
• 3D Model Quantity Extraction / Verification
• 4D Scheduling / Simulation using Autodesk NavisWorks

Job Qualifications Knowledge in Autodesk Revit, NavisWorks & AutoCAD BIM knowledge and interest in working with Construction Technology Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9500,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9600,000.00 per year Benefits:
