Salary:

?70,000 - ?85,000 CTC per month

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) activities for civil and structural design projects. Develop, manage, and update 3D BIM models using relevant software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.). Ensure model accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with project standards. Collaborate with architects, mechanical, and electrical teams for clash detection and resolution. Prepare drawings, layouts, and project documentation as per client requirements. Conduct BIM model reviews, audits, and quality checks. Provide technical support and mentoring to junior BIM team members. Coordinate with site/project teams to ensure BIM deliverables are aligned with construction requirements.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong expertise in BIM tools (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Civil 3D). In-depth knowledge of civil and structural engineering concepts. Proven experience in managing BIM workflows and project coordination. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills. Ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
