We are seeking a BIM Champion - 4D / 5D to lead implementation of time- and cost-linked BIM workflows across EPC projects. The role focuses on BIM strategy, integration with planning and cost systems, and driving digital construction excellence
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage 4D BIM models linked with project schedules
Integrate BIM models with project planning tools for construction sequencing
Develop 5D BIM workflows for quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and budgeting
Coordinate with planning, QS, and project controls teams
Support project teams with construction simulations and progress tracking
Establish and enforce BIM execution plans and digital standards
Conduct BIM reviews, audits, and performance assessments
Train and guide BIM teams on 4D / 5D implementation
Support management with BIM-based dashboards and reports
Requirements:
B.Tech / B.Arch / M.Tech in Engineering
8+ years of BIM experience with strong exposure to 4D / 5D workflows
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and project planning / cost tools
Strong understanding of EPC project execution and construction sequencing
Leadership and coordination skills
