Job Description

We are looking for a

BIM Architecture Part-Time Trainer

with strong knowledge of both

theoretical concepts

and

practical applications

of Building Information Modeling (BIM).

Requirements:

Strong theoretical understanding of BIM, including: BIM fundamentals & levels (LOD, LOI) BIM lifecycle: design, construction & facility management BIM execution plans (BEP) and standards Collaborative workflows & Clash Detection Model coordination and documentation principles Practical expertise in: Revit Architecture (mandatory) Navisworks Manage / BIM 360 (preferred) Architectural drafting & project execution workflows Ability to conduct clear, structured, concept-based training sessions Good communication and teaching skills Prior training or industry experience preferred
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
