Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

BIM Architect

to join our growing team in

Madurai

. The ideal candidate will have over 3

years of hands-on experience

in Building Information Modeling (BIM) with a strong portfolio of

Middle East projects

. You will be responsible for leading BIM coordination, managing architectural models, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams across global projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage

BIM models

for architectural design projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements. Coordinate with other disciplines (Structural, MEP, etc.) for

clash detection

and model integration. Prepare

detailed drawings and construction documents

based on project requirements. Ensure compliance with

international standards

, particularly

Middle East design codes and practices

. Review and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and specifications. Participate in design meetings and provide

technical input and BIM expertise

. Develop BIM

templates, standards, and workflows

to ensure efficiency and consistency. Provide support and mentoring to junior team members in BIM processes and tools.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's / Master's degree

in Architecture.

3+ years

of experience in BIM modeling and architectural design.

Proven experience

working on large-scale

Middle East projects

(UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.). Proficient in

Revit

,

Navisworks

,

AutoCAD

, and other relevant BIM tools. Strong understanding of

construction documentation

, architectural detailing, and BIM coordination. Familiarity with

international codes and standards

, especially those used in Middle Eastern countries. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit Architecture (preferred) Experience with

Clash Detection software

(e.g., Navisworks Manage) Familiarity with BIM360, Dynamo, or other BIM-enhancing tools Prior experience in a

consulting or contracting environment
