We are looking for a skilled

BIM Architect

with strong expertise in architectural modeling and BIM workflows. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Revit, coordination processes, and preparation of detailed architectural drawings. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver accurate, clash-free, and high-quality BIM models.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed

Architectural BIM models

using Revit as per project requirements. Prepare plans, sections, elevations, and construction documentation. Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to ensure

clash-free

and aligned models. Review and update models based on design changes and client feedback. Maintain BIM standards, templates, and project documentation. Participate in design reviews, QA/QC processes, and technical meetings. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality BIM outputs.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in

Autodesk Revit (Architecture)

. Good understanding of architectural design principles and detailing. Knowledge of BIM standards, LODs, workflows, and documentation. Experience in Navisworks for clash detection (added advantage). Strong communication and teamwork skills.
