About the Role

At Syncreo, we are looking for proactive, experienced, and leadership-driven professionals to join our BIM team. As a Senior BIM Engineer or Senior BIM Architect, you'll be leading model coordination, managing BIM workflows, and participating in critical decision-making processes for high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and participate in BIM coordination meetings across disciplines.
Manage a team of BIM modelers and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Review and audit BIM models for compliance with project standards and accuracy.
Collaborate with project stakeholders (architects, engineers, consultants) to resolve design or modelling issues.
Ensure implementation of best practices in model development and data management.
Support documentation and visualization for design reviews and presentations.
Required Skills & Experience

Qualification: - Dip. ARCHITECT
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a BIM leadership or senior coordination role.
Strong knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
Experience managing teams and conducting project coordination meetings.
Understanding of multidisciplinary design coordination (architecture, structure, and MEP)
Excellent communication, team leadership, and time management skills.
