Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models according to project requirements and standards using Revit. Collaborate with design teams to gather project information and ensure design intent is properly reflected. Generate construction documents, plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings from the BIM models. Conduct clash detection, resolve spatial conflicts, and coordinate multidisciplinary design changes. Implement and adhere to BIM standards, protocols, and execution plans. Perform quality control, conduct regular audits of models, and update models based on feedback or field changes. Support visualization, coordination meetings, and decision-making with 3D renderings and detailed views. Work with other software like AutoCAD and Navisworks as necessary.
Qualifications and Skills

Degree or diploma in architecture, engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and familiarity with BIM workflows. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems as represented in models. Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across disciplines. Knowledge of BIM standards and ability to implement them effectively.
