Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler Architect located in Bengaluru. The BIM-Modeler Architect will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for various projects. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed architectural models, coordinating with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) teams, and generating construction drawings. The role involves collaboration with other architects and engineers to ensure design accuracy and project efficiency.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and model development Strong Architectural skills with Revit drawing Ability to coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) teams Excellent attention to detail and precision in modeling Strong collaboration and communication skills Experience with relevant BIM software such as Revit or AutoCAD Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field Previous experience in a similar role preferred

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
