About the Role:

VGS Architects is seeking a skilled

BIM Architect

to support our American projects for clients based in our Atlanta office. The ideal candidate will possess strong architectural expertise, proficiency in Revit, and the ability to deliver high-quality architectural drawings adhering to American standards with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and deliver detailed architectural drawings using

Revit

while ensuring compliance with American standards. Review client inputs to understand the project scope and plan work accordingly. Develop and work on

custom Revit families

as required for project specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables. Utilize

BIM expertise

to streamline workflows and improve project efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in architectural design and

Building Information Modeling (BIM)

. Proficiency in

Revit

is essential; knowledge of

AutoCAD

and other relevant tools is a plus. Strong understanding of

architectural drawing standards

and

construction documentation

. Experience with

American architectural standards

is highly preferred. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.

Skills:

Expertise in

. Proficient in

Revit

, with the ability to create and modify custom Revit families. Strong knowledge of

BIM workflows

and related tools. Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills. Familiarity with

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹51,853.03 per month
