Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

BIM Architect

with 3-5 years of experience to join our BIM team. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate architectural BIM models, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality construction-ready models in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage

Architectural BIM models

using Revit as per project standards Prepare

LOD 300-500 models

, drawings, and construction documentation Coordinate with

Structural and MEP teams

to resolve clashes and design issues Participate in

BIM coordination meetings

and model reviews Ensure compliance with

BIM standards, project guidelines, and client requirements

Generate architectural drawings, schedules, and quantities from BIM models Support design development, detailing, and model validation activities Maintain version control and proper documentation of BIM models
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong proficiency in

Autodesk Revit (Architecture)

Good knowledge of

architectural design, detailing, and building systems

Experience with

clash detection and coordination workflows

Understanding of

BIM execution plans (BEP)

and project standards Ability to read and interpret

architectural drawings and specifications

Basic knowledge of

Navisworks, AutoCAD

, and BIM collaboration tools Strong communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines
Educational Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture

(B.Arch / M.Arch)
Experience Requirement

3 to 5 years

of hands-on experience in

Architectural BIM modeling and coordination

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹32,519.19 - ₹55,002.12 per month
