- BIM Architect

We are looking for a skilled

BIM Architect

to join our team and contribute to high-quality project design, coordination, and documentation using BIM workflows. The ideal candidate should have strong architectural understanding along with hands-on experience in BIM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage

BIM models

for architectural projects. Prepare detailed

drawings, schedules, and documentation

as per project requirements. Collaborate with structural, MEP, and design teams for model coordination. Perform

clash detection

, model reviews, and ensure BIM standards are followed. Support project teams with BIM-related insights and technical guidance. Maintain model accuracy, version control, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.

2-5 years of experience

in BIM-based architectural design. Proficiency in

Revit Architecture

is mandatory. Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, building codes, and design standards. Experience with

Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360

will be an advantage. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
