Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

BIM Architect

to join our team, working on exciting US-based projects. This is a remote position, but we have a strong preference for candidates based in the

Mumbai or Navi Mumbai

area to facilitate collaboration and team alignment.

As a BIM Architect, you will be responsible for developing and managing projects using

Revit Architectural Modeling

. You will play a key role in creating and maintaining accurate project models, ensuring they meet project standards and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Revit Project Development:

Create and manage architectural models from schematic design through construction documents.

Family Creation:

Develop and modify both standard and complex

parametric families

to support project needs and maintain a robust BIM library.

Annotation and Sheet Management:

Prepare and organize project sheets, including detailed annotation, dimensions, and schedules, ensuring all documentation is clear and coordinated.

Quality Control:

Maintain high standards of model accuracy and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaboration:

Work closely with our US-based team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

1 year of professional experience

using

Revit Architecture

. Proven ability to develop complete projects, including model creation, annotation, and sheet setup. Strong understanding of

parametric family creation

is essential. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting. Good Communication Skills
