We are looking for a talented

BIM Architect

to join our dynamic team in

Pune

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models for diverse architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop accurate and detailed BIM models for architectural design and documentation. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure clash-free models. Prepare drawings, schedules, and other deliverables from BIM models. Maintain BIM standards and ensure compliance with project requirements. Participate in design meetings and provide BIM-related technical support. Update and manage models based on design changes and site feedback. Support the implementation of BIM workflows and best practices within the team.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in Revit Architecture and other BIM tools (Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.). Strong understanding of architectural design principles and detailing. Ability to coordinate with multiple disciplines in a collaborative environment. Good knowledge of relevant codes and standards. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
