Experience: 2 -5 yrs

Key Responsibilities

Developing BIM models for all design stages Coordinating models across disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP) Creating detailed 3D visualisations and construction drawings Establishing and managing BIM standards, templates, and libraries Extracting drawings and schedules from BIM models Supporting clash detection and resolving model coordination issues Training and assisting team members on BIM best practices and software

Success Measurement Metrics

Quality and accuracy of BIM models and construction documentation Adherence to studio BIM standards and project timelines Efficiency in coordination with consultants and internal teams Quantity and clarity of extracted drawings and schedules Reduction in coordination errors and rework Contribution to BIM training and studio knowledge sharing
