Job Title: BIM Architect

Job summary

We are seeking a skilled BIM Architect with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team in Pune or Bengaluru Urban. The ideal candidate will possess a strong architectural background and be proficient in leading BIM projects across industrial, residential, and institutional sectors. This is a full-time, office-based position with two vacancies available.

Key Responsibilities

3D Model Development

: Create, analyze, and manage 3D BIM models specific to industrial, residential, and institutional projects, ensuring design accuracy and compliance with project standards.

BIM Coordination

: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate and integrate project designs, identifying and resolving any clashes or discrepancies within BIM models.

Documentation

: Produce detailed architectural documentation and drawings directly derived from BIM models, maintaining up-to-date records throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Control

: Implement and enforce BIM standards and protocols to ensure high-quality deliverables and optimize workflow efficiency.

Software Proficiency

: Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, MS-Office
Key Requirements

Experience

: 4-8 years of experience working as a BIM Architect in the industrial, residential, or institutional sectors.

Education

: Graduation in B.Arch with architectural specialization or a relevant degree in architecture.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with advanced BIM technologies Knowledge and understanding of AutoCad Strong project management skills
